[VM] vm-mime-run-display-function-at-point

Hitting the Return key on an attached pdf file in the presentation buffer would
open the file in an external viewer.

This behavior is identical on a msword file in VM 8.2.0a.

Now with VM 0.2.0b, hitting the return key on an msword attached file still
invokes `vm-mime-run-display-function-at-point' but does not open the attached
file in an external viewer. Instead it each times duplicates the file icon
within the presentation buffer

How is that so ?

Hi Rene, there is a bug in 8.2.0b which has been described in this bug report:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/vm/+bug/771221

While you wait for the final release, you might try adjusting the variable
vm-mime-honor-content-disposition, to see if it helps.

Yeah, With John Hein's help, I noticed this problem soon after the release
of 8.2.0b. There is no easy work-around but there is a fix in the trunk.
Perhaps I should do a second beta release this weekend.
